Somewhere in Nicaragua
Welcome to the Sunday surf report everyone. We had some nice weather earlier in the day and then we had a bit of some rain which followed by some side shore winds, but all the diehard surfers were out enjoying their Sunday Funday. Check it out!
Weāre kind of in-between swells right now too, so itās a good time to regroup before we get our next juicy pulse forecast for the earlier part of August.
I canāt believe weāre already heading into August actually. This season is has been going by so quickly, so it seems.
Still plenty of time to book a late summer trip.
August and September are actually my favorite times of year here. Still plenty of swell, the crowds start to dwindle and the winds are mellow but still offshore and itās usually really nice and clean conditions; just take a look back in our history databank at last September.
I believe we touted that month as the āSeptember Sessionsā month and it delivered just thatā¦ a lot of really good sessions!
As for todays wavesā¦ I was really happy to see that almost the entire time I was shooting, almost everyone in the lineup was working on their floater game.
No joking! Because of the side shore winds, the waves were a bit on the crumbly side, so going above the lip was more optional out there on the drained out low tide.

There were the occasional barrels of course.
Still a good day when you wrap up your marathon of a day of surfing and you still take time to look back and ponder the days waves.

Hey everyone! Welcome to Thursday’s surf report from Colorados. Surfline was wrong! The waves were bigger today, but not by the forecasted magnitude. A few tubes, but not up to expectations haha.
Hey everyone! Josh back behind the lens for the next few days. The swell gradually picked up through the day at long last. Wednesday’s report is coming primarily from Pangas, but also a couple of shots from Colorados.
Happy Tuesday, The surf backed off a tad for the morning, but there were still some fun walks when the tide backed off. @tonyzphotos reporting.

Hey there everyone! Welcome back to another weekend. The swell hasnāt quite come in, although there were a few earlier this morning, the low tide around midday completely took whatever little swell we had and took it back out to sea.
