Somewhere in Nicaragua
Good morning and welcome back for the early Sunday surf report. Waves have dipped a little in size today, but we have some moderately bigger swell that is supposed to be building throughout the day.
Tide was just about peaking high when I went down to shoot this AM, so there was a lot of backwash and wonk on the waves.
The crowd was pretty mellow, which meant a lot of unridden waves as well.
Here the morning peanut gallery contemplates and assesses the shooting surfing conditions. Come back around mid tide going back out amigos and it should be getting really good!
I heard the waves up the way yesterday were pretty epic! Looks like it might be another good day up there again.

Even with the high tide, the conditions this morning were pretty incredible. How’d you like to surf this wave every morning?

I guess since summer is getting close to being over for them school kiddos, that might explain why there are so many groms here. What a way to end your summer though… surfing prefect waves before you have to head back to the books.
Luckily they’ll be going home saying they got to surf stuff like this…

Ok happy Sunday folks! Gear up for hopefully another bulky swell coming in later today and throughout tomorrow. Waves on the long range forecast are still looking really good. Plan a late season trip here for August or even better September. Remember schools back in session, so waves will be good and empty soon!

Hello Monday, The swell continues into today with some cleaner conditions. There were some long waits, but for the few patient people in the water there was some glory to be had. @tonyzphotos reporting.

Hello friends, after the last sweel the waves dropped a little bit. So not to many people wanted to surf. Was a perfect day to try a diferent form of surfing. The water is warm and clear, some guys joined the party.
