Hi folks, this is Roberto “Lucha Libre” with the report for today, a day before the main event at Popoyo. Today all the surfers from Nicaragua arrived to Popoyo to get some waves, so it was super crowded. It’s overhead on sets and the wind perfect offshore at noom. Check it out.
Luis “La Baloy” Chamorro wants to keep his tittle and he’ve been working hard during the last 3 days out here at Popoyo. Here he about to make a good snap in the pocket.
But this time the locals want this tittle to stay in Popoyo. Here is Martin making a nice turn and sending a message to La Baloy!!!
Young Rex was out in the afternoon practicing some maneuvers to win this contest. I think this guy can win the junior contest but he has to give everything he has because now all the juniors are surfing so much better.
Rodolfo “Calibilly” Zapata is one of the best junior we have in San Juan del Sur, today he was surfing pretty well. Good luck buddy.
Here is Augusto “La Gaviota” Chamorro who is walking right behind his brother, watch out for your brother “Baloy”!!!
But “La Baloy” keeps saying “igonnawinthiscontest”. Now he knows the wave and if he gets a couple of good waves he’s going to win for sure.
