Shooting in the rain is always a nuisance, or more like and inconvenience due to not just the wet weather which makes it harder to get out there (thankfully I do have a rain cover) but the lighting isn’t as epic and dreamy as we have most of the days here.

That being said, rain or shine, the shcralp-festivities are always on. . . when there’s good waves to be had!

This la niña season has certainly turned out to be one of the wettest seasons in quite a long time, which was predicted.

But with all things open again, the surf travel and tourism (specifically here in Nicaragua) is back in full swing!

Pushing “fuerte” like Andrews super sick turn here!

No barrels today, unfortunately.

But the rail game was consistent and on par for todays size and conditions.

Even the air show was being put on full display. Nemo here putting all of his almost pushing 20 years of surfing experience (that being from where he started surfing at a super young age, growing up in some of the bests waves in Maui) when he started his surfing career. Pretty cool to see a good friend after so many years, watching them go from super grom to super man! Nemo taking flight for the thousandth time!!!!

Happy Monday all you dedicated NSR fans! Today was another fun day at the beach, especially right around sunset time. Lots of people came out to enjoy the scenery, however the marine layer that moved in wasn’t as vibrant as that super strong sun that was around for most of the entire day… so I..
