Somewhere in Nicaragua
The new swell is finally hitting Nicaragua. We have a nice push in the water right now, head high frames on the bigger sets, nice and light offshore winds, great water and light crowd. Go get some!!!
Super fun waves this morning, we checked a few spots around. Playa Santana was pretty good as you can see.
The waves were nice and mellow, out here. Definitely some rideable on the big pangas.
Mario El Dañino Martinez was killing it. Blasting sick airs!
We went to check Popoyo and this is how it was looking. Kinda soft but nice and clean.
The locals were commanding the lineup here as well. Rukito with a sweet turn!
We made it to our backyard when the tide was dropping and this is what we found. Yeeewwww, barrels anyone?

Happy 4th of July! The size of the surf dropped notably today. There were still good sets, but patience was key (again). Hard to believe there were no takers on this one!
Hey amigos! Welcome to Thursday’s surf report from Playa Colorado. I saw some of the biggest sets of the year today. There were epic moments, but it was still a bit slow between the high quality waves.
