Hey everyone! Josh back behind the lens for the next few days. Welcome to Wednesday’s surf report from Colorados. The midmorning window when I shot photos was best. There weren’t many makable barrels after this window.
The consistency of the sets and the perfection of the wind direction made for some fun barrels if you were in the right spot at the right time.
There was a fair number of surfers out while I was shooting, but many gems snuck through without riders.
This guy certainly has the right idea and the right line through this sandy runner.

A huge rooster tail unleashed from the goofy foot contingency.

Huuuweee. This guy is pretty deep here. He’s gonna have to slam the gas pedal.
Time to rotate and drift! You can tell this surfer is about to shift his weight over his front foot while he kicking his back foot and hip through the rotation.
There were certainly some keepers this morning even though the forecast wasn’t calling for anything special. Tomorrow looks like it will be similar, but possibly with some onshore flow. The shorter interval swell that fills in could make for some fun peaks in the morning though. See y’all tomorrow.

Hey amigos! Welcome to Sunday’s surf report from Panga Drops. The wind was nowhere near as bad as forecasted. The waves were fun again today, not quite as good and consistent as yesterday, but better than forecasted.

@tonyzphotos Bringing you Mondays report. I checked the surf multiple times today, Colorado had some moments but was a bit walled. So We went up the beach.
Welcome amigos to the Sunday Fun Day and weekend wrap up our first week in August here. Waves were in the waist high range and not a whole lot of people out around midday. Pop on in to check it out!
It’s the weekend and the beach is busy! We got some lingering cloud cover that is keeping it nice and cool out. The waves are waist high as we are waiting a few more days for the next swell to arrive.
