The water was clear and glassy, and a lot of the waves had a great shape. Super fun conditions for the early risers.

There were a couple of guys ripping hard, throwing buckets of water on every turn.

And as usual when surfing Santana beach, a lot of hollow waves coming thru for the enjoyment of everyone out there.

Really nice hollow lefts all morning. This guy didn’t get too deep but it counts.

Check out this surfer’s sequence. Started with a really tight bottom turn creating ton of speed…

… and releasing it right at the top of the lip to produce an amazing water spray after the turn.

A few frames later, and after recovering great speed again, he finished the wave with a massive cutback. Well done!

I think this was one of the best barrels I saw today. He got deep and stayed there for a good part of the ride.

Sadly, some of the barrels collapsed on the surfers though.

Super fun session today. I’m glad I went early because in the afternoon the onshore came strong messing up the waves.

The best waves were doubling up creating these difficult drops and great barrels.

Another little barrel. Supposedly the waves will get bigger in the next few days so send us an email to book your trip with us at[email protected]

I hope everyone a great weekend, see you next Monday with another surf report from Santana beach!

Hello everybody. This is the Monday surf report. Some locals, Parker and I were checking the low tide to see how the waves works. There are three peaks working, so the people in the line up were dispersed. Lester and Kevin were doing airs because they say was a good day to do that. Check..
