Hey everybody, before we get to today's surf report we must report an unfortunate incident that was witnessed today and enlist the assistance of those of you who are in country at the moment. Yesterday while surfing Lances left at El Astillero a guy's leash broke and his board washed in. As he was swimming in to get it he saw it picked up by a couple of other traveler/visitors. But before he could get to shore they made off with it. Please keep an eye out for an Aloha 6'1" blue and white quad - the logo is a stylized "A". You can email us [email protected] if you have a way to help get this guy his board back. Bad karma for the kooks who took off with the board.

What’s up folks?  We are the NSR family bringing one more time you all the action for this Sunday surf report.  Today we went to the beach in the afternoon trying to score some fun shots on the second day for the last contest at Playa Madera’s.  It was running chest to shoulder head high on sets with onshore winds and the water was warm.  Check out the lineup!!!

On the first surfing shot of the day we have this beautiful girl, she was catching a lot of waves all afternoon morning.  Look at Sarah riding on this fun left hander.

Today we have a few international professional surfers doing their thing on their surfboards and they were killing every single wave.  Here we have one of them throwing some buckets on this nice sized wave.

The locals were commanding the lineup today.  Here we have our very good friend corage looking good with this small but fun little floater.

This is our friend Augusto “La Gaviota” Chamorro he was ripping all over the place.  Check him destroying the lip of this little nugget.

Today Machetes pt was throwing some good sets all afternoon long and the professional surfers were catching a lot of waves.  Check him out looking good with a cool bottom turn.

We had a lot of people on the beach this afternoon.  They are very happy enjoying of this beautiful and sunny day.

This guy is another professional surfer that we had in the lineup today, he was getting some fun waves.  Check him out riding on this nice right hander, one of the better waves of the day.

Here we have our very good friend Felipe “El Pipe” Chompipe he was very good luck because he wins the new surf board that was refer on the Contest.  Look at his face he is very happy with his new board.  Congratulation my friend!
