Hi everybody welcome to the tube festival, we are Lucha Libre, The 40 year old intern and Come Pan Panic with the Friday Surf report from one of the sickest spot in Nicaragua.  The waves were super fun today finally after a couple of bad days with onshore wind.  The line up was a little crowded today but everybody was kind of mellow out there and all the surfers were sharing the waves.  It was head high to over head on sets with off shore wind all day long and the water was warm  Check it out.

We are going to start the day with a 40 year old intern shot, who was able to paddle out today and scored a couple fun waves.  Here he is caught getting deep.

On the first surfing shot of this crew we have Nick “Chiltotipinyuki” Nelson getting shacked on one of the many barrels he had today.  He adapted very well to the conditions on one our favorite breaks.

This is Brian “Hasselhoff” Kay scoring a nice inside section.  This guy is in really good shape, he stayed in the water for hours on end.

While I was taking photos from the beach we had Jairo Come Pan doing his thing with the water camera.  Here he is catching Jared “Al Dentro” Vandegriff on a nice left tube.  Jared told us that this is the best photo of his life and he was super stoked.

Corey “The Belly Jiggler” Oswald showing off his smooth California style with a deep shack.  We had a hard time deciding what picture to post because he had so many good photos.

Between Jairo and Roberto, we took over 1600 pictures today, so if you were in the water today there is a good chance that we have good photos of you.  Make sure to check out NSR Surf Shots to see if you got the photo of your life.  We had so many barrel pictures to post that we wanted to show everyone that the waves were super playful as well.  Here is shot of Chiltotipinyuki to prove it.

We also had another group of Californians joining us today.  Jairo and I both had sequences of the same wave from the water and from the beach.  I got a 15 shot sequence of this guy’s barrel from the beach.

Jairo got a sweet sequence from the water.  This guy is super stoked to take all these shots home with him.

Here is one our friends from Surfari Charters with one of the best barrel shots of the day.  We wanted to leave you with this final shot to show how good Jairo is getting with the water camera.  Tomorrow the waves are supposed to be a little smaller, we will wait and see.  Check back!!!
