Somewhere in Nicaragua
Happy Friday Ya’ll! We had some fun waves out there in the afternoon. Not the cleanest conditions, but still plenty out there to find some nuggets to have a good time on. Míralo!!!
On the good side of things, it didn’t rain the entire day. However, this guys was still trying to make some water come down with his big turns out there!

August just flew right on by… actually this years season seems to have just flown right on by and I can’t believe it’s almost September already. I would love it if we had another one of our solid “September Sessions” seasons again.
All we can do is hope, right? This guy’s hoping he can delay his trip maybe just a little longer, I bet!
Some sets were a tad overhead, so there’s some good swell out there. We just need a little more umfff from the offshores.
Or glassy is fine too.
Either way, we’re always stoked to have so many consistent days of decent ridable waves!
While the small amount of people who opted for the afternoon surf. There was a “mean” little tourney of Volleyball going down at the beach club for those who were doing the spiking and those who were there to watch it. It looked pretty intense and it was a planned tournament, so we had visitors from places as far as San Juan Del Sur who showed up.
Good thing I turned around in time to catch maybe the one and only person I saw getting a nice little cover up while I was shooting.
Because everything else was pretty much a lot of turns…
Lots and lots…
and lots of sick turns.
The last week I’d say or two has been like a fun little skatepark out there.
Or however long it was since our last run of Big swell, which seems like a while ago.
But the long range forecast is looking so-so, but that never means we could get a nice litle surprise swell… stranger things have happened.Aright amigos, here’s to the Friday – weekend kickoff!
