The conditions were not so clean, it was breaking weird and vey close to the sand but with good shape.
It was a really good opportunity to constantly be hitting the lip.
Once in a while a good set showed up which most of the time got everyone by surprise, but not this girl, she was right on the spot for this one.
Part of the fun of today’s session was the fact that you had to kick out really quick or you could get slammed on the sand… this guy had enough time for one last turn though.
It’s hard to keep your balance when you have a third arm coming out from your back!
Etienne just came back from France yesterday and look what he found here at Santana… the only barrel I saw today.
With this conditions I took my son Mateo to catch a few waves… little by little he’s feeling more comfortable in the water.
Tony from The Surf Sanctuary came out to catch some little fun ones. Smile Tony!
The wind was not helping much today, there was some periods where the wind was strong.
Smile Tony, you are on camera!
Tomorrow looks like it’s going to be even smaller than today, but not to worry, our Surf report will continue to cover the Nica waves for everyone.
I hope you are having a great weekend just like us here in Nicaragua, come back soon because the waves will start getting better around Tuesday,
Cheers,
