Somewhere in Nicaragua
Hey folks, we’ve got one more day until the contest and it looks like we might even have a little swell. The whole town comes alive when we have these and it’s good energy all the way around. Come on down to SJDS this weekend and check it out.
The surf was very small today so it was perfect timing for our friends from Chicago who came to the NSR Surf School. This was a great day to try surfing for the first time. Here is Oliver with the beach instruction!
They picked it up very fast, that’s also mean that we have a good instructor. Here is one of them with a solid stand up on this one all the way in to the beach.
The lady was charging as well. Here she is showing his boyfriend how is done. Nice job Cindirella!
These guys killed it today. Here is the last one looking down the line and checking what the face does on this one. Pretty nice angle, uh!
Lucha always get to find some cute girls on the beach. Actually, that one waving her hand wanted to hang out with him for this weekend but you know Lucha is already married! What a shame, uh!

On the way home today we noticed this new business just outside of town. PAINTBALL!!!!! Now, I’m not a huge fan, but this actually looks kind of fun. And who can argue with another activity here in the SJDS area. Somebody is going down!
What do you call 10 Chickens, 4 pigs and 3 dogs all hangin’ out on the porch? Nica-Livin! I was driving by and saw this today and I just had to stop and take a photo – there were more too, they just didn’t fit in the frame.
