As you can see the rains had come. Along with it came some unfavorable winds too.
But this never stops the people from paddling out for a fun surf.
A lot of people from the holiday have come and left. Although there are still plenty of people here enjoying our little slice of paradise.
Jake Martin taking a break from surf up the reef (which ironically was where I started out to shoot today, but there wasn’t a single person surfing up there). The waves were pretty good too!
Another unknown ripper out there shredding in the rain.
Mr. Campbell showing us how it’s done once that rain past and the light came back out.
Not sure who this guy is but he was killing it out there as well!
The afternoon session icon Papa Cesar, always makes time to surf when that sun hits the 4:20 mark!
The beauty about once the rain passes. It usually tends to glass off.
After that rains storm passed, behind it came some colder air that was creating some pretty impressive and cloud formations and here it looks like some fog.
The sunlight bouncing it’s rays off the stratosphere with these amazing clouds was really amazing to look at!
Especially with the rain funnels coming down. It looked majestic to say the least.
Mike with the last little bit of light banger off the top on this nice clean nugget.
Low light calls for some slower shutter speed to capture the action.
Usually the results can look pretty cool! Eh?
Another great day… ya, you betcha!!!!
RECENT REPORTS
Hey everyone! Welcome to Friday’s surf report from Panga Drops. The conditions were very similar to yesterday, possibly a little bigger on the sets.
FROM THE ARCHIVES
Good morning, This is Tony Z guest reporting debut to the NSR community. Today Monday we still have plenty swell in the water. I waited for the tide to drop a little bit but the wind had gone a little bit sideshore. Still some open faces and corners to be had.
