Somewhere in Nicaragua
Hey, hey, hey, Lucha Libre here straight from our backyard to your computers. The waves were kinda mellow today but still super fun, running about waist to chest high on the bigger sets, nice offshore winds and sick water. Check it out!
It was a perfect day to take the big boards out and this guy took advantage on that as you can see. Check him out nabbing a sick left hander.
A couple of shortboarders made it out and they did their best to shred on those waves. Manfan spray by this unknown rider!
A few other ones tried to get some shade, at least for one second. These guys were having a blast with no crowds for sure.
There were waves for everyone out there, even for this knee boarder. Here he is caught with a sick ride on this left.
We also wad some waves rolling in by the river mouth and this guy had them all to himself. Good for you pal!
The better sets we had rolling in, there was always a big guy with a big board on it. So easy to catch waves on those pangas!
Lester and Oscar were the only locals out, ripping all over the place. Oscar taking advantage of this little section with a cool floater.

Hey amigos! Welcome to Monday’s surf report from French Fries. The waves were pretty much firing when I rocked up to take pictures, but just like yesterday the wind went side-shore as soon as I put the camera away. At least some surfers caught the magic window.
