Somewhere in Nicaragua
Hi everybody, welcome to the Friday surf report. Today we went to the beach in the morning expecting to score some small but fun waves, and we did. The waves were running about waist to chest high on sets and the wind was nice offshore. Check it out!!!
We will start the day with a pretty cool shot of this Mechudo. It looks like he was enjoying this nice left. Watch out with the chick buddy!
We had a few guys from England having so much fun surfing at this spot. Here is one of them picking up a small but fun right.
This is Andrea from Argentina bottom turning a nice little nugget. This girl was charging out there.
The guys from Brazil were ripping all over the place. This is Marcelo styling and grabbing the rail with a sweet round house.
We had quite a few local surfers riding some fun ones as well. This is “El Tuzo” Morales about to destroy the lip of this poor little wave. How is the view from up there buddy?
Now we have Luis from Brazil with a nice speedy floater. These guys are so stoked because they scored some sick waves during their trip down here.
Check out Dave picking up one of the better set waves of the day. We had a pretty nice day, as you can see on this shot the water was clear.
“La Gaviota” Chamorro has been working on his aerial moves lately. Check out this killer sequence we got of him today. Shot 1, ready to fly!

On the last shot of the day we have “Carita de Venado” Davila busting a cool frontside air. We are expecting to have a push in the swell tomorrow so be sure to check us back out.

Hey amigos! Welcome to Monday’s surf report from French Fries. The waves were pretty much firing when I rocked up to take pictures, but just like yesterday the wind went side-shore as soon as I put the camera away. At least some surfers caught the magic window.

And one more for the road…who says there are no sharks in Nicaragua? I found this local fisherman, somewhere up in Northern Nicaragua, with this baby Hammerhead. It made for a cool photo. Check it out.
