Super duper clean conditions with an extra side of barrels. Lot and lots of barrels!

The rights were way more heavy and longer but the lefts didn’t look too shabby either.

One of the few that got away from the light crowd that was out there scoring.

With the overcast skies I was pleasantly surprised to be able to run down the beach to get these angles of the afternoon rights, which is usually really hard to get in the late afternoon since the sun is usually directly right in your eyes, or in my case right into my lens. This guys view is all tunnel vision and I bet a bit of Gigante in the far distance.

Derek completely steezing out on this Mark Richards-esque bottom turn.

And then jumped two decades ahead, right into this Kelly Slater like snap pocket turn for the cover up.

The lighting from the north was only getting better as the sun came down from all those thick cluster of dark clouds. Nick Notch shooting for the corner pocket on this one!

Kev, who will go any direction on a wave (literally he has more than just lefts and rights in his repertoire – his vertical & air game is on lockdown as well), but you have to think of him as a three dimensional surfer. To see him taking the lefts was different, as he’s synonymous with deep grinding super hollow barely un-makable rights.

That kinda look like this here!

Today was one of those days were you surf until you can’t see out there anymore. For me, it was time + I had enough content to last me three surf report days… it was time for me to pack it up and come do the not as exciting stuff. Writing all this. 😉

But for a Monday, I’d have to say it was another epic one for the books. I hope tomorrow is still firing, since it’s my work week “Friday” and I always love to end my report days with killer waves and surfing! So hope to see you out there!Mahalo for checking out todays goods ~Remember, even if you didn’t make the highlights you can always look at the link here for all theDaily Surf Shotsfrom each day, there might be a good chance you’re in there!AND don’t forget to follow us and always check out our current happenings on our daily Instagram stories hereNSRor my photography hereNica Surf Shots

Hello and Happy Sunday, The onshore winds continue this morning, but they’re not too strong. Waves still looking fun. @tonyzphotos reporting.
FROM THE ARCHIVES

Happy Sunday friends! We had a pretty mellow day around these parts. Certainly can feel the winding down of the season, but that doesn’t necessarily mean the waves will come to a halt. We actually had our first international flight come in the other day, so now might be your time to start thinking about..
