We left port in the morning, hangovers and all, and headed south to the fertile fishing grounds off of Costa Rica. It wasn’t long until Paluca pulled in this little Dorado and then gave him a big kiss. (yes, for those of you wondering, he was still drunk)
10 minutes later and the fish is cleaned, cut and served up sashimi style. Not a bad mid-day appetizer (Now if we could only get this guy to stop getting in all the pictures!)
On the way back to San Juan, we hooked up a couple of more. This is Hugo, fighting a big Roosterfish – unfortunately to no avail. Maybe next time.
