Somewhere in Nicaragua
Hi everybody, this is the NSR crew bringing you all the action for this Sunday surf report. Today we decide to take a day off from surfing and went for a fun pool day. The waves were head high with some sporadic over head set waves with a nice offshore wind. Check out the lineup!!!
On the first shot we had Armando”El Codo” Lopez cooking some food for his family and Lucha’s family because they decided to take a break this Sunday. Nothing better like a good BBQ!!!
Here we have “Codo”, this time eating all the food he prepared. He might be so hungry eating those tacos. That taco probable looks too big for you guys but that’s a small one for him.
Let’s take it to the surf. This is an unknown surfer dropping into a sweet right hander with nice form. There were not many people in the water, so the few people that were out there loved it.
On this shot we had Rex”La Bestia” Calderon with a cool move on this right. He is always in the water because he wants to become the best surfer in Centro America.
This is Pedro”El Cacaste” Flores about to bust a nice 360’s air. He’s been working hard lately because he is going to the upcoming Central American Contest in El Salvador.
On the last shot we had Rodolfo”Calibili” Zapata getting deep into this beautiful barrel. He definitely scored one of the sickest waves of the day.
Are you hungry? Because we have a sick BBQ right in front of the beach at sun set. That’s looks very good, uh!

There were not many people out because it’s very hard to make it to the surf spots because of the condition of the roads. There was only a crew from Santa Barbara, Cal getting waves all over the place by themselves and 2 other girls. Check out this guy taking what could be the wave..
