John was the first to paddle out and get warmed up. Today the rights and lefts were coming in about equal frequency.

Yuji showed up to partake in the fun shortly after we showed up. Get out there Yujer!

The temperature was very hot on the beach and the humidity was high. The water was a good place to be at mid-day!

Today the lefts were better than the rights. They were doubling up and barreling on the right ones. John making hay.

Things are looking good…

Oh! The starfish exit. Looks like he just got a bit forward over his skis.

John and Yuji definitely got the best of the window. I paddled out shortly afterward, but it slowed down quick.

Yuji had to respond with some good pig-dog form. This left set up nicely for him.

John making a wave of his own here. Spray taller than the wave itself.

Playing it a bit risky on rail here, eh Yujer?

Nimble ninja skills are part of Yuji’s specialty.

John still cracking lips. It’s gotta be done.

There were diamonds in the rough out there today, but they were hard to find. Hopefully we get more opportunities tomorrow. Let’s see what action Tony Z captures.
RECENT REPORTS

Hello Monday, the winds weren’t offshore as predicted, but we did get some light swirling side shores which helped keep some shape. @tonyzphotos reporting.
