The rights were opening wide this morning with the strong offshore winds.
That doesn’t mean there weren’t any lefts out there. Lester found himself a nug here.
Snaking is frowned upon pretty much everywhere, but if you’re in the spot, sometimes the stoke just takes over. At least he makes it.
Staying wide open..
Eyes on the prize, he can see daylight ahead.
Then coming out clean and frothing for another, nice work.
This was the longest barrel I saw all morning. The bigger sets were hitting the sandbar and running down the beach, staying open the whole way.
Starting now-
Disappearing
Getting ready for another section
Back in- Notice the froth on the face, he’s all the way inside now.
He’s got a long paddle back out now, but definitely worth it after a tube like that.
This next sequence should make female shredders proud. Her name is Aura and she’s making it look easy here. It’s amazing how far the girls are pushing the sport.
Stalling up under the lip, she’s no stranger to the tube.
This is clearly not her first time.
Still in there but scoping the exit
Standing tall after a nice tube ride, no better feeling out there
Uncrowded line-ups and perfect tubes, so far October is my favorite month of the year. It’s not too late to book a trip for this season! Thanks for checking us out and have a great week. Don’t work too hard and always remember- time spent in the tube is time added to your life (kelly is immortal). Theo signing off until next time, shred on amigos.
RECENT REPORTS
Hey amigos! Welcome to Friday evening’s surf report from Panga Drops. The swell was still pretty solid today with plenty of larger sets hitting the middle-peak at low-tide and mid-tide.
Hey everyone! Welcome to Thursday evening’s surf report from Panga Drops. The swell height and interval were both notably higher today. So much so that most of the action was at the middle-peak, with less happening at the sandbars. Asher with a stylish entry on an outside right bomb.
