Our good friend and new intern for NSR paddled out today to do some long boarding before dark. Here he is doing the best he can to have a good time on the big panga.TODAY’S SPANISH CLASS:Nuestro buen amigo y nuevo interino de NSR nado afuera hoy para hacer algo de surf en la table grande antes de el atardecer. Aqui esta el haciendo lo mejor que puede para divertirse en la gran panga.
Check out how green and beautiful everything looks around town when we have so much rain. The afternoon was overcast but at least we had our first sunny day in the last 2 weeks.

Hey everyone! Welcome to Sunday evening’s surf report from French Fries. The surf was smaller today, but it was cleaner and hitting the sandbar better. So better waves than yesterday even though it was smaller.

Well, it seems that we are settling into our typical October wind pattern – Onshore! It’s times like these when we look to other activities to keep us from going insane. Fortunately for us, the crew from Surfari Charters threw us a bone earlier this week and took NSR on a special charter to SUBU..
Hi, this is Roberto with the surf report for today. It’s chest high on sets and the wind is offshore. Everybody took the longboards out. Check it out.
You know it’s bad when the best waves in the country are happening in the Bay of San Juan Del Sur. Onshore conditions are still here, along with some good swell. If only it would stop raining and storming and…oh well, we can’t complain. Here is Samir, getting in some turns.
