Tony succeeded in tracking down a racey river-mouth right.
If you opted for the insiders or smaller waves this morning, then you definitely needed to stay light and nimble on rail.
It was another morning with many empty waves… Most folks couldn’t track ’em down today.
Maybe you, the viewer, could’ve fit in this one? Hopefully Surfline doesn’t ghost again early next week.
Where’s his pig-dog grab? Well the photo looks cool either way I guess.
John Gillem maintained the surf report streak again today. Dancing across a crisp right-hander.
Size isn’t everything in surfing. This wave wasn’t as back as the lefts at the South peak, but it opened up way wider. Shape > size.
One last empty drainer to close the report. Today was forecasted to be the bottom of the swell as we shift into next week. Let’s hope that’s the case and tubes are abundant this coming swell. Tony Z returns tomorrow so let’s see what action he captures. Till next time amigos.
