Hey everyone! Welcome to Friday’s surf report from Panga Drops. The swell started to pick up gradually throughout the day. Unfortunately some onshore flow came with the extra size as the day progressed.
The combo swell in the water made for an even mix of lefts and rights today. So everyone was happy!
Look out below! Bombs away haha! There were a few keen intermediates trying their hand at today’s surf. No pain no gain, right? Haha.
John was the surf star yet again of today’s report. He took some smooth lines on smooth waves.
Further down the line on the same wave John unleashed some serious power.
This was the perfect gentle burger that the intermediates needed haha! Pangas has many faces, making it a difficult wave to improve on without guidance.
French Fries was breathing some dragon fire on the occasional sets. If only these were rolling through every three to five minutes.
Steady training has John set on the road to success in the upcoming Chompipe contest.
John is married to the Ricky Carroll haha. I just hope the morning window tomorrow is this clean.

That completes today’s surf report. It wasn’t bad this morning, but the lineup was pretty thin. I think everyone went hard last night for Halloween haha! Hasta manana.
