Somewhere in Nicaragua
Conditions are back to normal here in Nicaragua – finally. We’ve got a super fun, chest to head high swell running today with offshore winds. Check out this shot from Playa Santana – It doesn’t get any more glassy than this!
The rain has finally stopped and that means the fish are coming in to feed. The locals are catching tons of snook at the rivermouths. We’ve also got nice waves in the background.

Hey amigos! Welcome to Thursday’s surf report from Colorados. I saw the waves turn on and off about 7 separate times today. The conditions were in constant flux. It just so happened to be that the best window of the day was when I took pictures around 1:00pm.

Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday evening’s surf report from Colorados. The swell was bigger and stronger today, but it was very slow between the sets. I think the lack of a secondary swell combined with the sandbars not being in perfect shape made for long waits.
