Somewhere in Nicaragua
Welcome everyone to the Wednesday surf report. We are Lucha Libre and Miguel bringing you all the action from one of the most popular beaches down here in Nicaragua. Unfortunately the wind was onshore today but there were still some head high waves to be had. Check out the lineup!!!
Pancho Sanchez and Hace Quesos just got back from the States last night and the first thing they wanted to do today was to jump out in the water. Here we have Pancho Sanchez just seconds before he paddled out on his brand new stand up paddle board.
Hace Quesos made it out as well and was able to catch a couple of fun looking waves. Here she is riding this nice sizeable left.
That big board is not easy to handle but Pancho was doing it pretty good. Here he comes on his first official wave on the stand up paddle board. Good job buddy!!!
A few guys from Costa Rica showed out to the beach too and were ripping on some mushy but fun waves. This is Jeff with a sick off the top, he was having a good time with his best friend Mitch. They’ve been friends for over 40 years.
There were some local surfers ripping all over the place. This is Augusto “La Gaviota” Chamorro with a cool move on this right. He recently went to the Central American Surf Contest in El Salvador and learned a couple of new moves that he is going to practice later this week.
On the last shot of the day we have “La Baloy” Chamorro going big with a vertical move. Alright folks, unfortunately the wind is supposed to be onshore for a few days. Keep checking!!!

Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday afternoon’s surf report from French Fries. The wind was strong, but the direction of the wind was fine. I’d argue there was a touch more power and consistency today, so better waves.

Hello everyone, we are the NSR family bringing you the action from Playa Maderas. Today we woke up early and drove up to the beach to catch some fun and uncrowded waves. It was running about chest to head high on sets with offshore winds and the water was chilly. Check out what we got!!!

We’ve got Roberto with the surf report for today. We have pumping swell out here at Maderas today but It’ve been raining all day long. So, we could have got good shots but we didn’t have good light. We have solid over head set and sometime double over head and the wind is offshore.
