It was pretty mixed up with all the outer ocean activity going on with hurricane season and lots of low pressure systems effecting our what would be normally mouthwatering end of season super empty (crowd factor) surf.
This young gal was catching a lot of waves on her mini log. I think more waves than the other 4 or 5 guys that a were out with her.
Morning floater! Well, there are only two types. This one is the more ideal!!! LOL
WOW – I looked way down the beach but couldn’t quite make out what the rather large congregation off people were all about…..?? Looks like a serious mass surf lesson is about to go down!
Meanwhile, my attention and focus was what was right in front of me. This unknown hombre caught my eye just in time for his perfect turn.
The wave size did drop a little, but there’s still some good swell out there in the ocean. It’s too bad it’s not blowing offshore tho! Those Papagayo winds will be here soon enough, and I don’t think there will be any onshore winds to even stand a chance against the yearly mayhem of our strongest offshores of the year.

Well, nothing super great to write home about for todays waves, BUT I did forget to mention in the beginning that this was the real firsts day for the month of November that we’ve had the clearest skies and like I asked yesterday “Pretty Please” for some sunny weather for once. . . mother nature answered my request and it was in fact a really beautiful sunny day today! Let’s see now maybe it will be sunny and offshore tomorrow???
