Nicaragua Surf Report for Saturday, November 17, 2007

Today we got a little bit late to the action out here at Maderas because we were doing some work on "El Burro", but we had enough time to take a couple of good photos and let you know how was it. It looks like we are starting to feel a fading swell in the water, it's waist to chest high on sets, the wind is offshore and the water is chilly. Check it out.

It was kind a late but there were more tham 20 guys in the water around 5:30 pm and still feeling the crowd. Here is an unknown rider going off the top on a left.

The locals are kind a sad right now because we don't have bigger waves meanwhile the international crews are having fun by theirself. Here is another unknown rider, this time going right.

Did i mention that we had enough time to take some cool photos? Here is a shot for your wall, isn't it?

All right pals, that's all for today. Hopefully we are going to have bigger waves for tomorrow and we probably are going to see the locals out there again.

This just in: here's another cool shot from Tony Roberts. It's supposed to be flat, but this wave actually looks pretty good. This is Jeff, a school teacher from So. Cal skipping class in Nicaragua. Check it out Jeff - you made it on NSR! Thanks Tony!
