Hola and Happy Hump Day friends! NSR bringing you the Miércoles goods! The swell dipped a little today, but the weather was nice and as usual there were some fun wavs to be had. BTW – Hows this panoramic of our happy little slice of paradise??? 🙂
Not too big you might say? But how stoked would you be if this were your regular surf spot with not a single person on your wave. It does happen here from time to time.

Will is another frothing “big” grom who get’s stoked on anything…. I mean ANYTHING that’s surf-able.
Even though the waves backed down a little bit from yesterday, as you can see here, micro-nugget barrels can still be plenty of fun!
The adventurers – also known as the surfers who like to travel light and explore a little less fancy. Heck, a $15 hammock beats a $100 + nightly rental rate at a nice condo or even a beachfront home here in Iguana’s (depending on how many people go in on the place), actually thinking about it now, these guys could have a sick place right in front of the break split 5 ways for just a little more. But then again… where’s the adventure. To each is own, but unfortunately they won’t be able to have some Beach Club nachos or a delicious smoothy or ice cold beer after their surf. Uuuugh!!!! Ohhh the price of exclusivity.

I could say Grant and I would more than likely be 100% right. But its me….. I DO!! I love the Nachos! But I also like seeing him get barreled and then having some nachos afterwards.

When was the last time you did a turn like this which resulted in a spray like this? I can tell you when Grant’s last time was. And it’s because he likes the beach club nachos! Ahahahaha!

Psych!!!!!! I mean for a guy without built in wings, this guy definitely had the best air game today.
Our reef here on our stretch of beach doesn’t necessarily have teeef, but there’s a 99.9% chance of there EVER being a waiting period for a good & ridable wave for the world wide web. TRUTH be told! (Just wait for my surf reports starting by next month through Jan-Feb possibly March, but let’s hope not).
The only cross walk you’ll find here, sin cross walk paint. The only real one you’ll find is about 40 min from here and I guarantee you NO-ONE has ever had a J-walking ticket. EVER here! On that note, it’s time to go have some nachos!!! Buenas noches ~

Hello everyone, welcome to another week of surf in Nicaragua. I went to Santana beach early in the morning before the tide got too low. The waves were small but there were little A-frames appearing all along the beach.
Hello friends!!!. We are surfing another small day. We see a swell in the next weeks, but for right now we have just small nuggets. Even in this conditions we are getting barrels every day. Check it out.
