PLAYA SANTANA
Hello everyone, this is Baldo reporting from Santana beach. The A-frames are working great so, take a look!
Today I’m using the NSR’s camera because mine it’s not responding yet, I might have to send it to the US for some service. 🙁
I’m going to tell you a little secret… Santana works better during the offseason! In the next few months, while most of the other breaks will be struggling to offer good rides, Santana’s A-frames will be throwing two barrels at a time.
Plenty of waves here at Santana… two lefts and two rights, just pick your spot.
There are also enough walls to do some turns.
Ask Yuber Martinez about the things you can do on these walls, he masters a few turns after years of practice.

Careful though, Santana can be tricky sometimes… it’s easy to feel that you are in the right spot but then you realize you were too deep.

Happy 4th of July! The size of the surf dropped notably today. There were still good sets, but patience was key (again). Hard to believe there were no takers on this one!
