There were some really long waves, soft but super fun.
It was all about doing cutbacks and turning back into the wave to stay with the small energy of each wave.
With this size, I took my niece Adri visiting from Texas for a quick surf lesson, of course, she loved it!Thanks tio Peter for taking the photos!
Here she is on a nice set wave. Way to go Adri! now you can show all your friends that you made it onto the famous Nicaragua Surf Report with your tio Baldo!
This guy was catching more waves than anybody else and actually ripping on each one.
Besides my niece, there was only another woman in the water, she was on the far north of the break.
When surfing Panga Drops, watch out for this inside section, no matter the size, it’s always tricky!
A little more spray at the lip of this little wave.
This is a good example of what I said about the inside section, be ready because you never know what will throw at you.
If you think it’s too small to paddle out, then there is nothing else to do that sit down and watch the surf. See you tomorrow!
RECENT REPORTS
Hey amigos! Welcome to Thursday’s surf report from Colorados. I saw the waves turn on and off about 7 separate times today. The conditions were in constant flux. It just so happened to be that the best window of the day was when I took pictures around 1:00pm.
