Alan is the man when you want to make a Costa run.  We hired him to drive and take care of the paperwork.  That's him in the middle there, waiting in line at the border.  Take out the time it takes to cross the border and you can make it from SJDS to Tamarindo in just under 3 hours (and pass the Liberia airport about halfway there).
