We’ve gone into what I think is our smallest surf I think for some time now.

Its supposed to stay small for a while, but we’re getting a nice little swell right before or around Christmas.

Our newest addition Kevin even made it out there today. He said he had a blast considering how small it was. Ripping buddy!

There was this big rain squall quickly making its way over to us from the east. But that didn’t hinder any peace signs or surf stoke!

There’s something magical about this place right before it’s about to downpour every time.

Small, but perfect for brining out those fun boards.

Tropical doesn’t always mean sunshine all the time.

Looking a bit stormy actually, luckily this rain only lasted and past within about a half an hour.

Clean left with no one on it, it makes almost as easy to say it was 6 feet out there today; without a person as a reference. But it really wasn’t.

This is about how big it was. Josh milking this little 1 footer all the way home.

We had prefect lefts and rights today… even on the same wave?

This guy was stoked to snag a bomb set wave way out the back.

Same with this chica, who got the second wave of the set.

The weekend will be fun if you have a log, so grab one, borrow one, you know you can rent them from us here too, check out the board selections here:www.surfnsr.com/nicaragua-surfboard-rentalswe have all kinds of surf crafts if you wanna get out there and have fun while it’s small.

Once the rain started to dissipate, murphy’s law, I had to pack it up because there was something else in the works for today that was a very very special big surprise…

We got a surprise visit from the man of the month from the north today.

The kids were all super excited when they found out Santa was going be paying a little visit to us here today at Hacienda Iguana.

The sitting line. This is where the kids hung out and goofed around while patiently waiting their turn to give Santa their Christmas wish lists.

The turn out today was phenomenal.

Javier, (AKA Baldo), helping out with todays festivities. Thanks for jumping in on the camera action too buddy!

The mid size kiddies were all about Santa today. The toddlers… not so much! haha (epic Christmas card right there!)

It was a fun day, the sun came back out and you would have never even thought it down poured just a little earlier.

There were lots of snacks and goodies for everyone to enjoy.

Looks like the reindeer cookies were pretty popular!

I guess you can say this is our version of a Mall with Santa. Only it’s an open air mall, on a golf course, by the beach.

The big kids weren’t too shy to still give Santa their wish lists.

I can’t tell if it’s the actual heat or if Santa is blushing in this one… might be a little bit of both?

Even Santa couldn’t sneak a little nibble of this kiddies cookie. Maybe after a little persuasion? The cookies were super yummy thats why!

The perfect holiday card if you want to send to your family and friends all the way from beautiful Nicaragua.
Here’s 7 super quick seconds of Santa posing with his very happy friends from Nicaragua today!
