Hola & Happy Hump Day! That’s right, we’ve hit that mid week point and our ever extraño and loco months that continue with rain when there’s usually no rain and sunny days when it should be raining cats and dogs… well my hopes and wishes for Playa Colorado to still be working by New years, I can gratefully add to the weirdness of weird stuffs, oh and yes there were some pretty juicy waves today for mid December! Jump on in on the cray cray!

A lot of chica rippers out there this season… this one here, not only a good friend but bringing her neighboring surf style & aguja all the way from El Salvador.
Nice one Andrea! Too bad I wasn’t shooting the other day when you surfed Santana and Popoyo that marathon session day a couple days ago!
I checked the waves super early today and it looked almost completely flat. See what a little extra water on the sand bars can do.
Betcha missed the full short sleeve neoprene Will’s already rocking. The water hasn’t dipped too much yet, that’s because the winds haven’t completely kicked into high gear yet. But at least he’ll be properly warm once that water temp hits the mid 60’s
Just the water color, the nice off shore winds, and this soul looking surfer dudes hair blowing in the wind makes you wanna hop on a plane and come down here pronto, right?
Its no mystery that when there’s tubos, you know I’m gonna throw in a mystery barrel surfer. I bet you guy and gals can pick him out from the super light crowd that was out there today though. Jajaja

Hey everyone! Welcome to Friday’s surf report from Colorados. It was another small, but fun day of waves. Looks like the last mellow day for a good eight to nine days. Finley managed to find a couple of tubitos.

It’s that time again, for another round of Tuesday surf happenings at one of your favorite surf breaks. Todays waves were in the small range and the bit of swell we had (which was really nice for December) dropped off quite a bit; but it was still fun as always. Check it out!
