Somewhere in Nicaragua

Pig Doggin’ for Seth, not so much. He’s old school and did live in Hawaii for some time, so he likes to take the no hands backside approach, much like the great Andy Irons style!

Pre-Stretch warm up….. always! I just don’t think me or many others look so gracious when doing so. Jaja!

Buzzy double dipping into a multi faceted right today. All while killing it on his infamous BIG red LB too! I’ll give you a little PC fact about Señor Dephilippis; All of his snapped long boards aren’t because he straightens out or ditches his boards when its BIG and he’s paddling back out, like most folks do. He pulls in… he loves to pull in, no matter if he has to get a new quiver every season!

John’s the same way… I personally think he’s Buzz’s long time brother that they don’t really tell anyone about. Jaja, Yeah they’re both tight like that and they’re both some of the most dedicated surfers here, whom with both a total combined ages are just a smidge over 100 years surfing waves together on this planet. Hmmm, now that’s something pretty interesting to think about for a minute! 🙂

Will, will kill every wave he takes…. there’s not doubt about that!

When you leave another Latin American place to come surf another, that other place better be pretty good, because Andrea left a pretty epic place of waves.

But as you can see, just from her smile, she’s loving every minute being here in Nica-Land.

Aaaaaaannnnd then this comes out of kowwhere???.. like WTH? You saw in every picture prior how perfect and sunny it was. See I’m not koo-koo! The world and in this case, the weather has gone nuts-o!

But Jason doesn’t really care… all he cares about are airs, like here and barrels. Really really really big deep throaty, thick and mean barrels.

And just like that, one trip that was planned some time ago has already flown by and it’s time to say adios! But, like all good things that come to an end, there’s always a new day ahead. So we’ll always see all of you here back again one day. Just remember to say ‘hey” when you see me, or Mr. Chris (who is actually on vacation right now) or in todays case, Grande muchísimas gracias to Claudia Melendez for helping me out with the shooting portion of todays report, as the plate for SBS is stacked like a plate of hotcakes at I-Hop!!! You know, one of those endless ones they server up!
