Somewhere in Nicaragua
Hola hola surf peeps! Welcome to the Tuesday installment of the daily surf report. Today, there were actually some surfable waves at Colorados. Small, but surfable. So decided to shoot there for todays report. Enjoy, this place will be like a lake and go dormant until probably around March or so, so we gotta get it while we still can!
When I say small, you can see how small it is with Cesar about to paddle out in the foreground. BUT, the conditions were super clean and pristine!!
You could practically walk out to the lineup the tide was at peak high so the waves were breaking pretty close in. Cesar walking out with dry hair and catching this nice little left right away.
Yeah, we could’ve done PD’s, but there was just enough juice here to make a little happy surfing magic.
Elise never pearls. Matter of fact, she can ride either of the styles of wave here and she does it with elegance and precision, from the mushy long walls of Panga Drops to the steep and hollow cylinders here at the beachie.
Eva, making one last go round before her and Andrea make the long drive back home to El Salvador tomorrow. It’s been super fun having you here with us!
The only barrel that (or I should say sizable) barrel where this guy actually pulled in and made it out. It was pretty fast out there this morning. But to see this and we’re almost to the end of December is a real treat!

“RESPREZZZZZENTING”!!!!! True Guanaca style and their surf destination comparable to our little slice of surfing heaven we have here, but in ES!
It was a beautiful day out there today. Now it’s already about that time to hit the beach for another round and catch that fire sunset that will be popping off in about another hour or so. Hola & happy Monday amigos! Kicking off a new week of waves and sunshine here in the ever so beautiful souther Emerald coast of Nicaragua.
Cheers for Sunday Fundays… because today was another one of them! Mother nature starting to make we as surfers migrate (which is normal for this time of year) north. The reef, today was looking as inviting and as fun all at the same time in the tardy afternoon.
Welcome to the Friday Nicaragua small surf report! Although it may be small during this time frame, one thing’s for sure, we keep it going even when the waves are at our lowest of lows. So dang it… come see how we handle small ‘round here.
