Somewhere in Nicaragua
Hola amigos! Happy Wednesday or better known as “Happy Hump Day”! Well it’s almost that time… that time being to get ready for the festivities to begin. Funny thing, around these parts, is we tend to start a little early!
Talking about starting early, there’s no better time to start learning how to surf…. and right now is the most perfect time to do so. Like this eager early beginner, that seems to have a pretty good hang of it too by the looks of it.
This little one as well. A lot people are here to have a tropical Christmas and while everyone waits for Christmas Eve and Christmas morning, there’s all kinds of activities to do here… and it’s all in bikinis and board shorts. No cold weather here!
Like Kamea and her momma here, who live the other part of the time way up in Canada where it’s freezing and snowing I can imagine. Burrrrrr! Hows that nice warm sandy beach feel ladies???
Still some pumping little barrels at Colorados. We’re gonna go out with a bang here in Nicaragua for the close of 2021!!!
Watch out dude….. Will’s coming in hot your way, maybe he’ll just punt a bit fat air right over you jajaja!

Grant even taking a little lunch break surf in-between all the tourism madness. Everyone here who’s working right now is really working their little behinds off! I think there will be a lot of Rum and Rompope (that’s egg nog in Spanish – if you were ever wondering what its called down here) being drank by a lot of people who’ve earned it over the last couple of weeks!
Let’s give this guys air the name of “Rompope Air” Hahaha, just to get in the seasonal mood!

Hey amigos! Josh back behind the lens for next set of days. Monday’s surf report is coming your way from Panga Drops, specifically “French Fries”. The swell was close to non-existent, but Pangas did its magic and magnified the lackluster size into something playful and shreddable.

Hola fanáticos del surf! Todays surf was a tad smaller. I guess I could use the old adage of surf lore sayings and say… “well, you should have been here yesterday”, but in reality, there’s always something fun to ride here in Nica-Land. It just might be better some days than others.
