Somewhere in Nicaragua
Before we get to today’s report we want to share a couple of shots from yesterday’s Christmas toy drive. This year’s event was a great success. We want to thank to everyone who made this possible- the response we had this year was amazing. Thank you to all who made donations both online from all over the world as well as from our friends and neighbors here in Nicaragua. The NSR community went to great lengths this year, to share the giving spirit with the communities of Guastomate, Murcielago and Ojochal. A special thank you to the Barratt and Mackay families who not only donated to help make this event possible but also joined us yesterday and provided much needed logistical assistance. Merry Christmas everyone!!!
Over 200 people made it to this event and we were all so happy about it. Take a look!

We shared some great moments with these neighbors near to our hearts and homes. Clothes, food, drinks, school supplies, toys, candies, and lot of love was spread yesterday. Thanks to all the people who helped us to make this a reality. Yeww!!
In other holiday news Hacienda Iguana community organized a Christmas Surf contest today with all the locals around. Special thanks to Tom, Seth, Rob, Carl, Mark and Daves, Mike Doan and all the people who support this event. Shot of the scene!
Our big boy Oliver El Mono Solis made it over this way and made it through a couple heats. Going big with a cool floater.

Juan was the big surprise of the day. He dropped a few big names down and he actually made it to the finals!
Mr Carlos Perez was doing his best to give a good presentation as well. Going for a cool punt!
And Juancito from Gigante was the big winner. He took home some cash and he was so stoked about it.
