THIS JUST IN - WE'VE GOT A "FIRESALE" AT PLAYA COLORADO!!!  That's right folks, we've got one beachfront lot at Playa Colorado - RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BEACHBREAK for under $200k!!!!!  (this is not a misprint!)  If you've ever been thought about owning your own beachfront lot on Playa Colorado, now is the time to act.

Prices haven't been this low in years and we don't expect this lot to be around long.  This would be the view from your front porch!

Hello everyone and thank you for joining us for the Monday surf report.  This is Jairo “Come Pan" Panic bringing you all the action.  Today we had some fun waves  for beginners to ride.  It was running about knee to chest high on sets, the wind was offshore and the water was super nice.   Check it out.

Today we had a few nice girls from Managua visiting us for holidays.  They decided to take their first surf class with NRS surf school and have a great time at the beach with us.  In this group shot from left to right we have Suiza, Indira, Robin and our friend D-lite.

For the first shot of the day we have Suiza with a nice ride all the way to the beach.  The waves were super fun for these girls and they had a good time out there.

The next shot is of Robin with a little but sweet waves.  She was stoked to learn how to surf with her friends together.

This is the last student of the day is Indira.  We grab a shot of her doing her best to enjoy this wave and have a great time.  These girls had a really good time today.

For the last shot of the day we caught this group from Canada having a enjoying they vacations on the beach and taking some sun.   I would like to introduce you to Travis, Mariesa, Crystal and Kevin.  They have been in Nicaragua for the last couple weeks.
