Hey amigos! Welcome to Saturday’s surf report from Panga Drops middle peak. It was really clean at low-tide today, but definitely still a bit slow between the sets. The size filled in a bit more in the evening.

You can see that watching the Abu Dhabi surf comp has rubbed off on him. Many of the surfers were doing "bingus" turns. In other words, not rotating all the way through their turns. John didn't want to make the same mistakes as some of people at the wave pool.

Nothing cute about this slash! It's nice to have an end-section you can lay into. The Slater wave pools only push down the line and don't give you what the ocean does. Slater needs to add an air-section like the Waco pool to the end of his waves.
