Hey amigos! Josh back behind the lens for the next few days. Colorados hasn’t been as good as the photos have made it appear. That being said, Yuji and Koji capitalized on the return of Spot X.

The boys were fairly evenly matched. Yuji chose to goof off on some of his waves. Koji bumbled a couple of sections. Still getting back into surf shape after hanging high in the alps haha.

Pushing his fins to the limits. I was stoked to see the boys put in a solid power hour session at Spot X, despite average conditions. Well, it was good for Spot X.

You have seen photos of good waves at Colorados. The question is how many of those waves and sets were coming in per day? It has been fickle. The brothers cleaned house at one of their favorite peaks. The forecast is looking pretty mellow at the moment, so it could be a while before some tubes show back up. We need some BIG swells haha! In the meantime, Tony and I will document the small to medium size surf. Maybe it means that August through October will pump. Only time will tell.
