We didn’t find the waves we were hoping to have but it looks like the birds found exactly what they were looking for. There might be million of bates around there because they are having a huge breakfast right there.
Later on, in the afternoon we wanted to score some good waves before dark because the swell was already hitting at the bay, so we took “El Burro” headed out to Maderas and found some sick sets coming through. Don’t you believe us? Check out this shot and then think about it!!!
The light was pretty sweet before dark today and i was able to take some killer photos. Here is Pancho Chamorro getting in and under the lip on a nice left at Machete pt.
Young Rex “La Bestia” Calderon was the man once again. He was flying all over the place and pulling over on all his maneuvers. Check out this sequence, shot 1.
Shot 2, i think that we are going to call him YOUNG for ever if he continues doing that kind of moves.
Shot 3, safe and clean. This little kid is surf so much better than ever right now.
Here is Augusto “La Gaviota” Chamorro with a cool round house on a nice looking right. This guy is training really hard for the upcoming Central American Surf Contest in Panama on March.
How about his older brother “La Baloy” Cahmorro, he keeps flying high all over everybody. Here he goes seconds away from a sick aerial move.
Here is “El Codo” Lopez taking off on the biggest set wave of the day at Machete pt. He wants to say hi to “La Chompipita” and tell her that he is “Enculado” of her.
Alright folks, here is Kervin “The Grouper” Lopez with the last shot of the day. Tomorrow we are going to head out up north and try to score some good ones “Good Willing”, so please stay tuned with us.
