The swell didn’t fill in and line up as the forecasts predicted and we expected. Despite being shoulder high, Pancho still found a way to kickstart his day!
With the gorgeous water right now, I had to take water shots. Also, I did it so I could earn the final soft, warm, and gooey cinamon bun…
Pancho, did you forget something in the tube?! Or did the G force catch up with you?
It was so clear I thought I was surfing a point break! Diving will happen after the swell…
Donnie with an “ie” and not “y” filled his pre lunch quota. DLite, where were you dawg?!?!
Jan was the other faithful gringo in our group. Surfing two days of spitting left tubes with this crew was something special!
Jonny Alvarez was the only regular foot tube hound today. He pig dogged his way through numerous drainers unscathed.
And his amigo, Jonsie, was practing his surfing. He is enjoying the final days before school starts on Monday. Keep improving primo so you can get officially sponsored by Volcom!!
If I was a goofy foot tube hunter, this would be my favorite spot too. Pancho meets the necessary criteria.
And he keeps it fresh and fun! Thank you for all the tips, waves, good times, and delicious smoothies the past two days! I guess I’m at 61% now.
Be on the lookout world… Surfari is the best up and coming water photographer in Central America! Heather, I was saving that leftover icing for a pre surf snack.
Here’s the view of your day dreams in between projects and spreadsheets. We have open condos/houses and an approaching groundswell in mid February if your crew wants to make this your reality.
Meanwhile, Donnie is squeezing every last moment he can before his vacation home. Safe travels amigo!!
Jan was busting lips and tucking in all morning. When the boss leaves town, you surf all day. Right, Tony??
If you work for NSR, you are fortunate enough to work from the water. If you want to schedule a session of water photography, reach out to me at[email protected].
Light winds, pretty water, and frothy drainers… No bad days in Nicaragua’s offseason!
Choo choo!! Freight train coming through!!
Say no more, Jonny hopped on the tracks and enjoyed the ride. It was nice meeting you today and sharing waves hombre!
Donnie logged 3 hours in the water today and caught his fair share. At least, 3 hours while I was there and possibly more!
Because Kevin is enjoying his barrels in Costa Rica, Pancho had to snag an honorary tube for his trainer. The waves were way better here Kevin…
Ok everybody, I hope you enjoyed today’s photography change up! I appreciate y’all checking out our report and have a good upcoming weekend. Adios amigos!!
