Parker and I decided to paddle out to give everyone some perspective on the conditions. We gave Jess the camera to capture the action… Here’s Parker pulling in on his backhand low and tight!
I’m not as big as Don Parker so it was easier for me to squeeze into the mini tubes that were offered! The tide was low and the waves were breaking in shallow waters right by the sand!
Some of the little inside grinders were breaking perfect! Just not quite big enough to stand up in!
Looking for something fun to do when the waves get small? Come up to the NSR shop and rent one of our motorcycles! Take a tour of the community and the surrounding areas! Just take it easy and stay safe on these bad boys!
The low tide was providing some drainers! Every wave was wide open, only the rare gem was makable! Still fun to pull in and check the view!
If you got up and raced you might have been able to skip the barrel and try to get a turn in!
Like I said, Parker isn’t a little guy by any means, so if he can squeeze in, then you know there is a little bit of size on the wave!
It’s always worth it to pull in for a quick moment of tube time! Just don’t break your board when we have better waves on the way! Thanks a bunch for tuning in on the number one and longest running surf report in Nicaragua people! Check back tomorrow and see what’s happening! Catch you on the beach amigos!
