Somewhere in Nicaragua

There was a lot of acton down at the playa today with so many people ripping, so I figured it would only be the right thing to do by throwing down a sick photo for every day of the month to kick off Septiembre! Here’s to Treinta Dias!

Ryan was whipping up something frothy.. Although, I just wasn’t quite sure if it was para Desayuno or Almurzo; the timing could of worked out for either one, really.

Ryan’s a giver. Here he is giving a quick little lesson to a non-sususpecting frolicking kid in the shore break. He literally rode his last wave in and before his feet even hit the sand he stopped to ask the title grom-to-be if she wanted to be pushed into a wave or two. Good man Mr. Ryan!

Unknown rider getting famous for a few seconds, not just because he made the September 1st all star cast of famous 30s sickest shots for the day report, but also right in front of the live audience today at the beachie. Getting barreled feels oh so good, especially when its right in front of some peeps!

Josee, Ya buddy!! Of all people you deserve a spot on the Top 30 list today! Always out there, charging, doing your thang! Keep ripping chica!

Back over to Carlos… yup still styling the sombrero, while shoving a rad little skate stylie floater rock’n’roll! Sick amigo!

Schralping at its finest. Today’s conditions seriously looked like something from a surfing video game, it was that nuts!

Locked in for a split few seconds of shade for this pale rider. How dreamy does that water look amigo?

This guy has probably THE best attire on for todays shred fest, for two reason. 1. It was hot as infienro hoy and 2. This particular shot, it makes him look pretty cool; like some dude from the blue man group surfing on the moon.

Would you rather this on the first day of every month (guaranteed), or your favorite food from your most favorite restaurant FREE on the first day of every month (guaranteed).

Oscar was out cruising. I say cruising with some emphasis on croooozing because he’s usually seen going about mach 10 on his waves. He does this kind of turn in his sleep.

Earlier you saw one of the many regular and super sick airs that Kevin Cortez pulls “Often”. The difference between surfers who try air’s and surfers like Kevin who do airs is all in the fundamental english breakdown between that which is, one that attempts and one that accomplishes. Kevin “Does” airs.

My favorite surfing blue man (ok, we can agree to disagree that this is grey – I think it’s like a light blue) but anyhow, he was kinda blowing it up too!

I guess I should have added a number 3 to the reason’s for his best attire breakdown. And that would be that he was able to out-surf everyone for length of time today because he had so much shade from the sun. Smart man, Mr. Light Blue Man!

Now this might make you completely wonder, that if my last statement were true, then this girl must have gotten roasted from the sun. While she might be looking a little on the pink side, she was ripping; so maybe she made it short session, but who knows? She was killing it while she was out, that’s all that matters. Just one thing in case you’re reading, I hope you have lots of aloe-vera amiga!

Tom, or Señor Eberly as I like to address him as, respectfully deserves a place on the Hot Top 30 for today, guaranteed! Good to see you have your beard back hermano! Now we can be gemelos again! (jaja).

Just like back in VHS and even DVD surfing video world (anyone remember those days?) Everyone knew that to land the coveted last video portion of surf movies back in the day, you had to be one of THE BEST surfers in order acquire that position in the film. Well, I wanted to give my last surfing shot to my little amigo Maycol. Here’s not only just a shot for you buddy, but I am giving it to you for the last position; because you’re a good kiddo and I love your positive energy you have all day, every day. Keep up the Stoke little man! Yewwwww! (p.s I hope your ear is feeling better amigo).
