PLAYA COLORADO
Happy Monday everyone, welcome to another day at the beach here in Colorado. The waves dropped in size considerably but the conditions were really nice.
The waves were glassy and had this cristal clear bluish color, and to top it off, A-frames showing up every few minutes.
Check it out… where would you go? Long wall going right, or short green room going left?
The lefts were also showed long rides with plenty of room to hit the lip many times.
Here is Carly, one of NSR’s Reservation Agents, testing first hand the quality of our waves. Next time you are reserving your next surf vacation with her, believe her when she says the waves are good year-round.
Carly couldn’t stay longer in the water because today is her day with reservations, she needs to go check emails and answer all of your inquiries for your future vacation in Nicaragua. The sacrifices we (the NSR team) do for our clients… You are Welcome! 😉
Talking about sacrifices… a few local kids came out JUST to show you how good you could surf if you live in the area.
These kids come here every day JUST so we can take photos of the impeccable conditions we have… it’s more like a social service than anything else so, next time you see them around, invite them for a drink, non-alcoholic of course, we don’t promote bad behaviors in the community.
If we are convincing you to come to Nicaragua but you are not sure about it because of the the sociopolitical unrest that we are going through, send us an email and we’ll be glad to explain and share all the pertinent information, so you can decide (or not) to come based on our personal experience, from us that live by the beach, in Nicaragua.
Nicaragua is not “back to normal” by any means, don’t get us wrong… but here at the beach the only protests we’ve seen it’s clients complaining about how fast the days go by and that a week-long surf trip is never enough.
Even when it’s small(er) there is always a chance to get some barrel time here at Colorado.

Howdy! Welcome to the Sunday and last day of the weekend surf report. For some this is the start of a new week and others who live in places like Nica, there is no time, so its just another day in paradise.
Hello and happy weekend everybody. The onshore wind does not come yet. The offshore wind stay nice and the water have some killer blues colors. Check the waves during the tide coming up.
