There were some little drainers that had the potential of producing a great barrel but there were not any takers to try them near by.
The waves were almost glassy, they had a very smooth look.
Graham was one of them… he didn’t waste any time and started catching waves right away.
Another of the excited surfers was Colin which is not a surprise at all because he usually surfs on any conditions. Check him out on a super late drop!
It was hard to find barrels in these conditions but it allowed more versatility, more rail to rail work.

In days like this when can’t get under the lip, you just have to smack the lips as often as you can.
The night rains have brought a few new elements in the lineup. Be aware on every session during rainy season, you don’t want to get hurt or damage your stick by hitting one of these.
Check it out! someone got barreled! Well, this is Colorado after all… known for its hollowed waves and plenty of good surfers ready to get in there.
No, this is not staged… this is just a great setup from a visitor, but it shows exactly what we all should be doing soon when the airlines and travel open up again, once we all figure out how to deal with the pandemic. In the mean time, keep enjoying NSR’s Surf Report!
