PLAYA COLORADO
It is the weekend and the weather forescast was calling for rain and thunderstorms but we woke up to a sunny and beautiful day again here in Nicaragua. The waves are 5-6 ft with light offshore winds and it is just another day in paradise.
Kevin was out shredding like usual and showing off his high level surfing skills.
He must’ve thought something about the board he was on because he went running up the beach to grab another stick and didn’t waste any time putting it to good use.
Launching off the lip and taking to the sky my oh my look at that dude fly!
Look at that beautiful green wave on that deep blue sea what a life we live as surfers always in contact with nature and enjoying the daily gifts from Mother Earth.
Hanging with friends and like minded individuals is such a pleasure.
Getting good exercise and feeling the warmth of the sun kissing your skin while you dance with the movements of the ocean below your feet.
It was good at high tide this morning and was still good at low tide at lunchtime too.. looks like an all day good surf day so if you haven’t gotten down there I suggest you go now.
Lots of waves coming through not much lull time and maybe 20 to 30 guys out with multiple peaks makes for super fun sessions.
Lots of rights coming through this morning but we still had a nice amount of lefts coming too.
Nice thing about the beachy here is that you will get both lefts and rights and plenty of opportunities to catch that wave that makes the trip all worth it.
Not too many tubes this morning that I was seeing but there was lots of runners and peelers that were setting themselves up to be slashed.
Okay time to get out there!

Hey amigos! Welcome to Thursday’s surf report from Colorados. I saw the waves turn on and off about 7 separate times today. The conditions were in constant flux. It just so happened to be that the best window of the day was when I took pictures around 1:00pm.
Hey everyone! Welcome to Wednesday’s surf report from Colorados. The waves were better by all measurable metrics today. It was still walled up and slow, but there were definitely some 10 pointers to be had.

Happy TGIF Everybody!! What a way to kick off the weekend! We have some really nice new energy out in the water AND the weather was marvelous and the afternoon session we actually had our offshore winds return. Yeeeeehaaaaa!!!!
