PLAYA COLORADO
Lucas could be the mayor of the Beach Club and Playa Colorado as he is here everyday throughout the day and it isn’t a mystery why when you look at the waves and meet the chill people here.
Derek getting slotted on one of those set waves that was coming through around the high tide. People always ask when is the best tide for Colorado.. I always tell them this wave has the potential to be amazing at any tide. As was the case today when the high tide came the waves got better then they had been all morning.
Super consistent today too with the shorter period the waves were coming in rapid succession. This guy just barely got through with the duck dive as another surfer was pig dogging by
Ructiel scoring this super fun day for a couple of hours and when she got out she told me she wasn’t done she was thinking hydrate and get back out.
When the wave starts building in front of you and you get to paint the canvas however you see fit, life is good.

Looks like it is going to be another all day fire session. The tide is on the drop now and is just about mid tide, I’m guessing it is still en fuego right now.
No mystery that is Sterling and after shooting out of the tube he had his eyes set on the lip and didn’t disappoint.
Sterling bonus turn as the wave started to fizzle off but he wasn’t done with it yet.

Hey amigos! Welcome to Thursday’s surf report from Colorados. I saw the waves turn on and off about 7 separate times today. The conditions were in constant flux. It just so happened to be that the best window of the day was when I took pictures around 1:00pm.
Hey everyone! Welcome to Wednesday’s surf report from Colorados. The waves were better by all measurable metrics today. It was still walled up and slow, but there were definitely some 10 pointers to be had.
Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday evening’s surf report from Colorados. The swell was bigger and stronger today, but it was very slow between the sets. I think the lack of a secondary swell combined with the sandbars not being in perfect shape made for long waits.

Hello and welcome back to another wonderful day for surf and although we are getting a little bit of rain starting to fall and starting to see signs that the rainy season is starting the high season for surf is chugging along with great swell and super fun waves.
Howdy amigos, welcome to your Tuesday surf report. It was another day of unfavorable onshore winds, but on the flip side, while I was out there shooting I saw some possible front runners of that new swell starting to come in. As an added bonus, the water was super clear!!! YEY!!!
