I took this shot over at Villas Iguanas. These condos are tucked away on the north end of the beach, closer to Los Perros. If you want the convenience of having your apartment, the pool, and the beach literally right outside your window, then the condos are a good call.
This is the view from inside the kitchen. Makes you almost look forward to doing some dishes
The living room
Popped onto the balcony to get a better view…
Just as I stuck my head out, I noticed a group about to begin a surf lesson. Perfect!
The sun was going down, and the lighting was really nice. It’s almost a guarantee to be a beautiful sight anytime around sunset
He’s usually the one behind the lens so it’s rare to see an image of him, but this is Brian, your other surf reporter, doing a non-surf related photoshoot. If you’re looking for some portraits you might want to contact him!
Forget mini-groms, these were micro-groms. They were loving it though!
In between sets I turned and caught a glimpse of the bedroom. The light was looking so peaceful.
I think this was a father and son. They both signed up for surf lessons. Party waves are underrated. Sometimes, as a seasoned surfer, you start getting bitter, especially when people drop in on you. How sick is it to share a wave with your family or friends though?!
Party waaaaaaveee!!!
I think this was the mother of one of the groups taking a surf lesson. Literally everyone was catching waves out there!!! To all of you guys reading this, it might be a good time to book a surf lesson with your family if you don’t have much else to do around here!
Thanks for tuning in guys! The waves should be coming up again tomorrow, stay tuned! If any of you guys from the group stumble across this and are interested in pictures, feel free to contact us at[email protected]to see what we have of you!To see more of my work, check out:kevin-huang.comand to check out more of Brian’s work (powerstance), check out his insta:nicaraguasurfshots.comSee you all next week!
RECENT REPORTS
Hola amigos! Welcome to Wednesday’s surf report from Panga Drops. The tide was a bit lower by the time I got around to shooting today, so there was more action at mid-peak than the side-peaks. The wind was stronger today, but it was a little bigger today too.
Hey everyone! Welcome to Tuesday’s surf report from Panga Drops, once again we’re talking French Fries. The waves were smaller today, but the shape was arguably slightly better than yesterday. The wind was also a touch lighter.
Hey amigos! Josh back behind the lens for next set of days. Monday’s surf report is coming your way from Panga Drops, specifically “French Fries”. The swell was close to non-existent, but Pangas did its magic and magnified the lackluster size into something playful and shreddable.
