I saw a lot of fish out there jumping on the horizon, however this fish is what had caught my eye right when I walked up. Nando, on an emerald green one amongst all that blue.
The reef has been so fun and rippable as of lately. Morning sessions and late afternoon sessions seeming to be the best times.
My favorite time is when I can get these super green backlit beauties.
And it helps when the surfers are throwing down giant carves like this!
Nice to see some of the ladies out ripping as well.
This chica was by far the best one out there this evening.
NMRK – hows that fish paint job on the bottom of Cesars board?? Looks like a real fish jumping out of the wave.
I saw Ryan roll up with his shortboard and then turn right around and leave. He came back about 5 min later with the wave storm… good call buddy! and sick floater on that wave! The sequence is pretty rad!
All in all it was a good day and everyone who was out surfing was having a really fun time!
Time to pull anchor and head home for some authentic Nicaraguan cuisine and some cold Toñas!!!
I can’t believe Jan of 2020 is just about over! Better start looking at booking your 2020 surf trip here to Nica-Land soon…. the waves are coming and it’s going to be an epic season, once again! Hope to see you down here amigos ~
RECENT REPORTS
Hi everyone! Welcome to Tuesday’s surf report from Panga Drops. The waves were decent again today. The morning window was definitely best as it got wonky at the middle peak when the tide filled in.
